Key Elements
The Public Service ICT Standards are aimed at developing procedures and controls to assure compliance and quality assurance with applicable ICT regulatory and legal requirements to attain an electronic government. The Public Service ICT Standards will attract administrative sanctions to any public service institution that will not adhere to its prescriptions. This is being overseen by the SMART Zambia Institute.
