This plan also introduces the new ICT Vision that is in line with the national transformation agenda that visualises Malaysia as a developed country by the year 2020. This plan also outlines the strategies and programmes that serve as guidelines for various ministries and agencies in the implementation of the ICT initiative at their respective organisations.
